The view upward from the living room reveals the round log Post & Beam structure covered by heavy rough sawn fir rafters and dormers. Note the offset beams hanging off the sides of the posts. Special concealed brackets were developed to handle the heavy snow loads of Whistler (220lbs/square foot). |
